Work of Iron is a company run by an artist Blacksmith and were looking for a logo which matched their individuality.
One of the main areas to this design was exploring the balance between a strong solid logo which can be renderedmin metal, and lighter decorative flourishes which hint at the artistic, performance side of the Work of Iron venture.
Here, a modern weighty logo has been used and the words ‘WORK’ and ‘IRON’ mirror nicely either side of the word ‘OF’. Diamonds have been added to the negative space created above and below the scaled down ‘OF’ and a custom ‘W’ has been crafted which can be taken and used on its own as a separate logomark.
